What is a vocal toning session like?

Through vocal toning sessions, you’ll be guided through the release of sustained vowel sounds to move vibrations that energize, soothe, break limiting beliefs, and more.

Aka you and your sound healing facilitator will make sounds like AH-EE- and OOH. You may feel silly when you start, but you’ll feel amazing when you finish.

Sessions take place online. All that’s needed is that you’re in a room where you feel comfortable making noise.
You may want to have headphones and a glass of water too.
